Group Reservation Information

West Virginia Public Theatre is pleased to assist groups as much as we can.

The following is a list of information about prices and booking a group.

*A group must consist of ten or more people to receive the group rate.

If you would like to reserve a group, just follow these simple instructions:

• Call WVPT box office at (304) 291-4122, or toll free at 1-877-999-WVPT (9878).  We will ask for your name and company, the group’s name, number attending and dates and times of the performances they’d like to see.

• A Group Sales Agreement will be sent to you for each booked group.
• A 10% nonrefundable deposit is due upon the receipt of the Agreement.
• Attendance counts may be changed up to the final payment date, with balance
  adjusted accordingly.  Additional seats to those initially reserved cannot be
  guaranteed, in the event of sold-out performances. Once the final payment is made, all tickets are nonrefundable, except at the discretion of the Producer.
